Impact assessment
The Social Innovation Ecosystem Impact Assessment Framework helps social enterprises, support organisations and policymakers track, evaluate and improve the change they create. Many assessment methods capture only financial or quantitative metrics and miss the substance of social transformation. This framework closes that gap by building on the Theory of Change — linking the resources an organisation puts in, the activities it runs, and the short-, medium- and long-term outcomes that follow. It gives step-by-step guidance on designing an impact strategy, establishing measurable indicators, and embedding assessment into daily operations rather than treating it as reporting.
