Social Economy Center run by the Nidzica NIDA Development Foundation

Nidzicka Fundacja Rozwoju NIDA and Działdowska Agencja Rozwoju S.A. since October 2015 he has been implementing a project entitled Social Economy Support Center in Nidzica.

The OWES project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 Priority Axis 11 Social inclusion Action 11.3 Supporting social entrepreneurship and professional integration in social enterprises as well as social and solidarity economy in order to facilitate access for employment Sub-measure 11.3.1 Support for social entrepreneurship.

The Center operates:

– Social Economy Center run by the Nidzica NIDA Development Foundation (substantive support in the form of training, study visits, consultancy),

– two Social Entrepreneurship Incubators – one run by the NIDA Foundation, the other by DAR S.A. (support in the form of animation of the local environment and consulting, as well as providing infrastructure to social enterprises)

– Social Entrepreneurship Fund run by DAR S.A. – financial support for establishing and developing social enterprises.

 

People residing in the Działdowski, Nidzica, New Town or Szczycień poviats, who are at risk of poverty and / or social exclusion at the age of 15-64, including the so-called unemployed, may benefit from the Center’s support. distant from the labor market and employees of local and regional entities working for the development of the social economy.

Olsztyn Social Economy Support Centre OWES – Centre for Social Entrepreneurship

WHAT WE OFFER
we support the creation and development of initiatives, projects, local partnerships focused on the development of the social economy; we organize workshops, training, educational cycles, study visits regarding the creation and functioning of social economy entities and social enterprises; we provide assistance to a business mentor and experts in the field of law, accounting and marketing, directed at creating jobs and developing newly created and existing social economy entities and social enterprises; we provide financial support for the establishment and development of social enterprises in the amount of up to 24 thousand. grant for each authorized person and bridging support for up to 12 months.

Mazovian Social Economy Support Centre

mOWES – Mazovian Social Economy Support Centre (Mazowiecki Ośrodek Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej) is led by non-government organization: Cooperation Foundation Fund (Fundacja Fundusz Współpracy) since 2012. mOWES has the official Polish goverment acreditation and is affiliated in 66 regional social economy suport centres (OWES) network in Poland. It is the biggest OWES in Mazovia – the central region of Poland, currently. It takes care over three subregions here. Its mission is focused at social economy sector growth, by creating new job places for groups or individuals who has difficullties at labour market. Everyday activity of mOWES includes local animation, cooperation with self goverment authorities, work institutions, social or family support centres, business councelling, funds distributing and supporting new or already existing cooperatives or other social entrepreneurships and profesionalizing their activity.
Since 2012 mOWES has supported the creation over 200 job places and 20 local partnerships for social economy.

Cooperation Fund Foundation (Fundacja Fundusz Współpracy) is one of the first and biggest institutions established in Poland for coordination of foreign assistance programmes and supporting its integration with the EU.
For the last 28 years, its principal goal was to stimulate and support democratic transition and development of the Polish economy, by assisting government institutions that co-ordinate foreign aid and in particular, by accepting and distributing funds and material aid offered by the European Union, other international bodies and foreign governmental and private institutions.

Regional Information and NGO Support Center “RC Foundation”

The Regional Centre of Information and Support for Non-Governmental Organisations
The objectives of the Centre are the following: creation of a platform for cooperation between non-governmental organisations, the promotion and initiation of co-operation between NGOs and self-government and public administration. The permanent activities of the Centre include: information services, advisory services, training, integration of the NGO sector, cooperation between regional self-governments and the public sector units. Their activity covers the following voivodeships: Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie.

The KEY Center run by The Civil Affairs Institute (INSPRO)

The Civil Affairs Institute (INSPRO) is a non-governmental organisation which is independent from any political parties. Since 2004 we have listened to the voice of the citizens and we transformed it into action. We are focused on systematic social changes. We dream of happy citizens in Poland, who consider themselves responsible for their family, home, street, town and the state. We dream of Poland which helps its citizens to look after a common good in an easier way and help them toand get involved in a public spacelife. We dream of Poland in which the authorities listen to citizens and together with them improve the quality of everyday life.

The KEY Center (Centrum KLUCZ) is an INSPRO initiative, which, since 2011, supports the leaders in receiving funds from four sources – from individual, institutional and business donors, as well as from business activities. In 2015, by the resolution of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy, we have received the status of accredited High Quality Social Economy Support Center.
