Train the trainers educational modules
Incubators, business support agencies and regional development bodies were mostly built to serve conventional entrepreneurship. Supporting social innovators asks something different of them.
These Train-the-Trainer modules, developed and piloted in the RESIST project, strengthen the people who support social entrepreneurs — trainers, advisors and ecosystem actors — so that knowledge multiplies across the Baltic Sea Region rather than stopping at a single training room. Each module works on its own or in combination.
The Course Concept sets out the thinking behind the modules and how to deliver them. It covers five core knowledge areas — understanding social innovation, social entrepreneurship and impact business models, impact measurement, impact finance, and ecosystem perspectives — grounded in case studies from Hamburg, Poland, Sweden, Lithuania and Latvia. It closes with lessons from the piloting phase and an annex of ready-to-run exercises.
