Socialenterprisebsr.net was initiated by the Social Innovation Centre (Latvia) in 2014 as part of an Erasmus+ project aimed at fostering social innovation and entrepreneurship across the Baltic Sea Region (BSR). Originally created as a platform to provide resources and connect stakeholders during the project, it has since outlived several initiatives and continues to serve as a vital hub for information and education in the social economy.
