The Foundation “Pomoc Potrzebującym” leads in Warsaw two care facilities, whose clients are the elderly, the sick, often lonely people. Taking care of them lead former prisoners and persons in detention. The Foundation has developed own model combining care services with effective rehabilitation of prisoners.
