“Sonido” is a call centre service provider that employs social risk groups, incl. elderly persons and persons with disabilities. Among the services as inbound and outbound call management, within a project “Parunāsim!”(“Let’s talk!”) “Sonido” provides free-of-charge line, where lonely people can call “just to talk”, therefore receiving emotional support of “Sonido” team members.
